While it is true that Walmart has the best variety and prices, the check-out lanes take 20 minutes or more. It doesn't matter what time of day it is either. They have 30 lanes, but only 4 of them are open. Why does it take 5 minutes or less to get though the line at any other Walmart in the country? They either need to hire more cashiers or get a set of self check out lanes. One cashier can supervise up to 4 registers. They can remodel all they want, but I will still stay away until this problem is solved.
I wish that Wal-Marts looked like they do on TV with all the smiling employees and happy faces but they do not.
