food-awesome, service-not friendly, no smiles, understaffed and not one "thank you" (2 folks not enough at lunch time) they seemed overwhelmed
The food was good but the service was horrible. The girl working had her hat pulled so low we couldn't see her face or hear what she was saying. She made us stand there and wait for the pizza to be fully heated before taking our next order, and didn't even cut it into slices. She also didn't know the difference between heated or toasted and even got an attitude on the second sandwich like she thought we were just nitpicking her words. The lady working would touch money then continue to make sandwiches without changing her gloves, a person in front of us asked the lady to remake the sandwich because she touched it, and the worker complied with washing her hands, putting new gloves on, and then handling the food . Then the other lady grabbed the contaminated sandwich and proceeded to shove her hand into the trash and then handle the toppings on our sandwiches without changing her gloves. Showed up at lunchtime on a Wednesday and was told, there is a large catering order that was going to take 20 minutes and I would have to wait. Was only one in line, I asked if I could just get squeezed in between the 15 sandwich’s they were already making, but was told I could not. Very disappointing
