Chase wasn't an approachable welcoming employee during our interaction and I unfortunately, didn't have a chance to order food. I do understand it's just him at the time and it's busy. I'd recommend listening to your customers and not brushing them off. I wouldn't eat here, nor would I recommend anyone to eat at this establishment. To Chase, hopefully you do better!
This is the 3rd time I am coming back to this outlet to return my subway sandwich as Everytime they have wrong orders . I paid for 1 long and one short what I got is 2 shorts . They don't even know how to read the orders stupid ppl working there .
I had hair in my food and the pickles were old
There was one unfortunate young gentleman making sandwiches as fast as he could. He had no help. He wasn't alone, there was an older woman doing other work, but I guess the line out the door wasn't important enough for her to help out. We waited 45 minutes for an app order. 3 customers left because of the wait. Who is this woman and why wasn't she helping? She wasn't bringing ingredients to the prep tables. Maybe she was cleaning.
