I Ordered an Ultimate BMT and this is what I found in my sandwich which by the way the bread was hard. I ordered a total of four sandwiches and the bread was hard. I called the store and talked to the Manager/Store Owner who insisted that the bread was fresh and out of the oven which was not true. She said she would find out who made them and would call me back but of course she didn't. Firstly, the customer service here is terrible. If you do not like your job, go find something else to do. Allow someone who has respect and ethics to do the job. I have been in place twice, and both times every server has had the absolute worst attitudes. Today, I had a family member tell me to never go there because they were also treated poorly. To make a long story short, please do better!
