The manager was totally incompetent and demeaning. She acted as if I didn't know what I was doing online when the system was declining my payment and I had plenty of funds to pay on my card. She offered no solutions to help and acted as if I was the problem.
I feel bad for the manager, but the Hotshot Italiano I ordered by delivery was drenched in sauces, has items I didn't ask such as Jalapeños, barely taste any of the other sauces, and when I ordered two cookies -- the bag only held one. Just a heads up: don't get delivery here. Point out the ingredients in person and thank them. Delivery is a complete 0.5 out of 10.
