Love them
One of the worst service experiences I've ever had at fast food / quick service restaurant. Employee / supervisor who was on his break was nice, kind, and understanding. He also tried to motivate the other employee. That other employee was the problem. Toasted my sub sandwich 🥪 when I asked him not to (I know that the menu says that the All-American club sub is usually toasted, but I also know that a customer can ask for it not to be), and he either forgot or ignored me.
