Placed an online order and it was put on the wrong bread and had the wrong toppings. It came in a bag with a ticket of everything I wanted on it taped to the outside…
Messed up a relatively straight forward order (I got a BLT, they decided it needed jalapenos and pickles apparently?), didn't realize until I got home. Emailed customer service, the regional manager Sunny Patel responded 12+ hr later saying I need to bring the sub back for a refund. I live 20min from that location, I offered photos to verify the inaccuracy, I'm not driving 40min round-trip to prove it, photos wouldn't suffice.
