Everytime I order online from this location they mess up my sandwich and they don’t read the special instructions like its not hard to read
There’s the one black lady that works there that’s very rude. She looks like she could be in her 30s/40s. Having an attitude while fixing someone’s food is not the way to go. Very bad customer service! I usually come every so often but after my one experience and another review I read knowing that this isn’t the first time. I don’t know why she’s still employed there.
Last night my brother and I came in at 9:30pm and the lady working there was being rude to us. She asked us if we really wanted subs and kept complaining and throwing a fit the whole time. It was so bad I thought she was joking but she was dead serious. Terrible service and attitude.
Closed early because cash only, still had cash, still closed
