They allow mobile orders with promo code but they just void/cancel the order on their end. Just have your store as a non-participating location for coupons instead of cancelling orders and making the customer physically come to the store.
Every menu price is incorrect. All labeled a dollar less then what they charge at the atm. If it says $14, they'll charge you 15, then add tax. If you bring it up they just shrug and say too bad.
Thieves and scammers. They steal your money and cancel your order. Don't order here.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. They scam people out of their money, and try to lie about it afterwards. I live pretty far, so I placed an online order. I used a code that their location claimed to accept. By the time I walked in and got there, they cancelled my order. At first the middle aged woman claimed I must be at the wrong store, even after I showed her my order. She kept lying about that, until I showed her my exact location and the fact that it was the right store. Afterwards, she confessed that my payment... read more
Ordered online and when I got there they said we don’t do any coupons so your order was voided but they still charged me
