I ordered on the subway app and my first order was messed up but they still charged me the money and I didnt receive anything back tried to call the store never got an answer contacted customer service never got anything. Then I had to go up to the store I ordered another sub for pickup paid for it and wanted my $16 back from the first order. The mean lady in there said they dont give refunds very nasty was a loyal customer will never go there again now. She is terrible very bad customer service skills.
Store was beautiful and clean inside. Ladies working were very friendly and service quick. Their breads were fresh and sandwich tasted great.

Horrible service
No customer service. Came in had to wait ten minutes before she would take my order. I was the ONLY customer in store, she had me wait to make two personal footlongs
