No customer service. Came in had to wait ten minutes before she would take my order. I was the ONLY customer in store, she had me wait to make two personal footlongs
Very rude and 0 customer service. I placed an order from the app and went to pick it up. When I got home I realized the order was wrong. I ordered Philly steak but received chicken. I went back and instead of acknowledging or a simple apology and remaking it, the lady working asked with an attitude you don't eat chicken? Why not? Interesting approach to take but good luck to others that come here!
Food is good but the older lady working there was quite rude when I didn’t hear her the first time she literally yelled. I have a hearing problem and I wasn’t being rude to her just talking softly.
The food was good, but the older lady working there was very judgmental. As I was making my sandwich, she kept asking, “Are you sure?” in a way that felt unnecessary and implying something. It made the experience uncomfortable even though the food itself was fine.
