Placed a mobile order at 7:59pm. I arrived at 8:09 for an order that was to be ready at 8:15. The app confirmed it was ready but it wasn’t. Ended up waiting until 9:15pm. The lady started to make the sandwiches and told me they have no veggies and can’t get any more from the back. Mind you, I was ordering a veggie sandwich so no point in eating a sandwich with bread and just cheese. So I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. Terrible service, two employees no one speaks basic English. The lady making sandwiches was on the phone with someone who was clearly explaining how to make the sandwich she was so slow. I wasted my break and didn’t have time to eat, unbelievably incompetent. I’m assuming this is franchise location and they don’t hire enough people. Absolutely worst location ever. Stay away.
I ordered pickup and after waiting till past the time suggested I went to pick up the order. There were three or four employees and zero customers in the store and my food wasn’t ready. I left and came back 10 mins later and it STILL wasn’t ready. They then tell me that they don’t have my bread. All in all took 45 mins to get a sandwich. I will never order from this Subway again.
