The owner is rude, i ask a simple question and he starts complaining and rambling to me like I’m stupid- he even repeats the answer to the question multiple times after i say i understand, i get it, yes, mhm, i know. Every time i go he happens to be there and he acts like IM the issue when he doesn’t hear what I’m saying (when i am speaking louder than i usually do). I try to be nice, but im hungry and i want my sandwich not him mumbling under his breath about me.
The Indian manager tried charging me an extra 5 dollars for the happy Gilmore meal. Asked for the happy cup which was available and proceeded to tell me he doesn’t have that cup. Very skimpy portions and looked like he was suddenly going to go bankrupt if I got one more vegetable on my sandwich. I was the only one in the restaurant and he sat behind me most of the time talking on the phone until I left. What is your deal? I just wanted a sandwich and the stupid cup?
First - they don’t accept coupons. Not even through the app. Second - they go skeet on toppings. Clearly they have money issues and are trying to save in every way they can.. even though a footlong with only vegetables costs $8. Third - the sauce was put on the very edge, sandwich wasn’t cut, no napkins. It’s a sandwich shop.. should not be that hard. I’ll be going to the lemay location around the corner who does accept app deals.
