It's always the same problem at all Subway branches. Is it due to poor management or negligence?
I am a good customer at subway, I buy my food from there everyday and I know the prices. The clerk who was there today 03/21/2024 at around 2 pm had a bad attitude. Putting little ingredients and charged me $1.50 more than usual. It the guy not the girl who is unlike him. she is Generous, polite and honest. I called the corporate and will follow up so he does not do that with others.
This the only place to get food on this side of Touhy that won't overcharge your card. I didn't get the employee name but he works hard to take care of all customers. Ordered on the app the app and every time he had the order ready and accurate, along with taking care of the in store customers.
Only one person working at lunch hour. Took forever.
