Absolutely unacceptable. I walked out and won’t be back. I stopped here for lunch — something I do often as I travel for work — and ordered a footlong teriyaki chicken. When the meat was added, it didn’t even come close to covering the sandwich. Multiple bites would have had no chicken at all. When I pointed this out, the employee told me it was pre-portioned and he couldn’t do anything about it. He offered to call the manager, who came over and claimed the portion was 3 oz. Great service and overall helping to select a good sandwich. My grandson was especially happy with the store and employees.
