This subway is the best one I've been to! They are super fast and really friendly. The always manage to start conversations with all the customers even if they are super busy. They know my sandwich by heart which in my case shows they care about customers!
I am shocked at the level of poor customer service I reeived today at this location by anassociate named Cassandra. The situation began when after completing my order she then told me that they could only accept cash. She then proceeded to point to a hand written note on the front door. When I asked where the closest cash machine was she directed me to the gas station next door. I then went next door; being charged $2 for the machine transaction and another $4 by my bank.
