Just wanted to use bathroom before ordering and was told it was closed because he just finished cleaning it. Then proceeded to tell me the 711 that never lets anyone use the bathroom that they have one. If you're open your bathroom is open too if it's operational. And based off their words it was open. Bad customer service at it's finest. No one they have such a rotating staff 😞
I tried this restaurant again and am still disappointed. Ordered a salad but did not realize they were out of several toppings until after the guy pulled the tuna and cheese. Only lettuce and tomato on salad. Blah!
