Asked for extra Mayo on both of my subs and was given maybe a drop and then I asked for a side cup of Mayo because I know they never give you enough sauce even when you ask for extra and I never received the cup of Mayo. Also got one of my subs toasted but when I picked it up they were both frozen cold.

Ordered 4 subs and a wrap online. All were supposed to be toasted none of them were. My husband’s was supposed to have extra meat, it did not it was also missing the sauce and Parmesan. The sign on the door says it closes at 9. I was there at 8:05 doors were locked and chairs were on the table.

The closest store is Wapak; however; their drive up has been out-of-order several times. The sign is not lite up at night which makes it i bit more difficult to find them and the driveway. I have seen staff standing in the back hall, and they did not answer the drive up or come when I honked at the register window, but 15 minutes later they were serving clients again. In order to avoid in correct orders or absentee workers, I placed and order through the app. The app only works during open hours and you can't even see a menu... read more
