Employees were extremely rude to my husband while he was ordering . Made it seem like they don’t want to be at their job at all or make sandwiches for customers. Management should really rethink the people they hire. I’ve worked at subway before as management and I would never talk to my customers like these employees did.
The Night Shift manager and employee is rude. They do not acknowledge the customers when you walk in. They are cussing while they’re having their own conversation. I placed an online order and it happened to be wrong. I did go back in and politely ask them to remake the sandwich, she said “I’ll try”and scraped everything off and handed it back.
The manager refused to put a sauce on my sandwich because it wasn't the sauce that was on the menu and I thought the customer was always right so I got my sandwich without the sauce I wanted while I stood there in amazement
