Very fresh vegetables, clean environment. However, they don't honor the coupon according to national or company-wide policy, which I'm sure could be contested and insisted upon if a customer were insistent. This small shop refused to accept the coupon that read "one sandwich per coupon" instead making up their own rule to not allow one person to present two coupons. I ordered for myself and my mom. rude employee. refused to cancel my app order. there is no option to cancel on the app. no reason to be rude and unhelpful.
I’m writing this review because I come to this Subway often mainly because the young man with the long locs always prepares every sandwich I’ve seen very neat & well. Today, I happened to stop by again & seen that he was working by himself while other employees aren’t doing anything, which this is not the first time that he’s ran this store location by himself, it’s not okay nor is it fair please do better with that.
These new workers now are horrible, never listen to what you want and always make the smallest subs ever. I will never do online ordering at this location.
