I will never buy from this Subway again. I won't support a business that talks to its customers disrespectfully and fleeces them. In my experience, this Subway location consistently disrespects its customers and applies rules inconsistently. On one occasion, I presented a coupon that clearly stated “one sandwich per coupon,” and the store refused to honor it as written, making up their own rule instead. Very fresh vegetables, clean environment. However, they don't honor the coupon according to national or company-wide policy, which I'm sure could be contested and insisted upon if a customer were insistent. This small shop refused to accept the coupon that read "one sandwich per coupon" instead making up their own rule to not allow one person to present two coupons. I ordered for myself and my mom. rude employee. refused to cancel my app order. there is no option to cancel on the app. no reason to be rude and unhelpful.
