Made a pickup and dudes forgot like half of the ingredients in my order of 3 subs out of 4
It's not even open 24 hours, I don't get why they have it 24 hours if they ain't gonna serve all night. 👎
Ordered online for pickup. When i went to get my food 1/2 of it was not even available so i opted for chips and a drink to replace the cost, but it really costed less then what i paid. Got home opened my wrap and bit into it to discover it was disgusting... it was spose to be steak meat and the meat was cold, i do not think it is meant to be served that way. If so i could not see who would like it. Pretty gross went to the trash.

Today, I placed an online order. Upon arrival, I informed the employee that I was there to pick up my order. He then told me that a specific item I had ordered was unavailable. At first, I had difficulty understanding him due to his heavy accent, but I eventually understood and requested a refund for the unavailable item.
