Ordered online for pickup. When i went to get my food 1/2 of it was not even available so i opted for chips and a drink to replace the cost, but it really costed less then what i paid. Got home opened my wrap and bit into it to discover it was disgusting... it was spose to be steak meat and the meat was cold, i do not think it is meant to be served that way. If so i could not see who would like it. Pretty gross went to the trash.

Today, I placed an online order. Upon arrival, I informed the employee that I was there to pick up my order. He then told me that a specific item I had ordered was unavailable. At first, I had difficulty understanding him due to his heavy accent, but I eventually understood and requested a refund for the unavailable item. i order a 6 inch sub with soup , i ask the guy server to replace hes salad , spinach because they look old.. They need to have fresher ingredients as well provide better service ..Bathrooms always out of service even for customers..so if you bringing your kids this is not the place because bathrooms dont work..
