I came in during my lunch break, as I approached the front and said hi, gave the girl working my order, she didn’t acknowledge me nor my order until after she put her phone down. Throughout the whole experience she was rude. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted a little but it’s hard as a rock. I will not be returning to this location.
I used two coupons to place two online orders. Each order was a different payment method. When I got to the store, the sandwich artists were about to start making the sandwiches. I only got a refund for one coupon since that order got cancelled. One of the sandwiches that came with the order was not correct. I learned that this location doesn’t accept coupons for mobile orders. The Hindu employees can’t barely speak English or Spanish, which is a disservice for our community. Absolutely horrific. There were 2 Imdian women working there, one completely distracted with 2 men there flirting with her and the other attending me who was apparently new. She didn't know what flat bread was, pretty self explanatory.
