They consistently list themselves as a "participating store" and will gladly take your money. That is until you walk into the store and are told they canceled your order. This is by far one THE WORST subways I've ever dealt with.
I placed an order on the app for a bogo free footlong. He said they don’t do special offers and you can’t redeem your points. There were no customers at the time I went in, so you’re going to deny my $11 order and have $0 instead?!🥴
I always come to this subway one of my favorite! But this new girl yall got working here now at night is the worse! Always on the phone not paying attention. I asked her for some paper towels and she got mad .
