There’s been multiple of times I’ve ordered via subway app. The subway app doesn’t have an option to add giardiniera. However, I always add notes to my order asking for it to be added on. This staff doesn’t read the notes. When I come in to pick up my order, I always ask if they added the giardiniera. They always say no. And provide it in a cup instead . I ordered thru the app for delivery and unfortunately the driver stole the order. The restaurant manager called me accusing me that I was the driver that stole the order. I told him that I was not the driver I’m the one who ordered. He still was adamant I was the driver. He claim that I always go there to do DoorDash. I kept saying that I bought the food how could I steal my own food??. He didn’t even apologize or nothing all he wanted was to “confront” me. Their brocolli soup is always old and tastes sour. It has to be a health hazard. Waste of money for shitty food.
