I’ve used this store many times and I understand that orders can be delayed. What I don’t understand is ordering a sub for a scheduled 7 PM pickup, only to arrive and find everything already cleaned up even though the store is supposedly open until 7:30. To make it better, they canceled my order with no notice so they could close early. If you’re going to open and close whenever you feel like it, maybe put those hours on your freaking website so customers don’t waste their time.
It was clean, but the worker who helped us, Tyrnan had the worst attitude & literally threw our sandwiches together.

I’ve been a few times since it’s so close to where I live, and I’m not one to usually leave a negative review, but service is always painfully slow and I have to repeat myself multiple times. The guy that’s usually there when I go is very clearly stoned out of his mind (I get it, ya know, it’s not a fun job, but if you’re gonna do that you better still be able to actually DO your job and this guy just does not).
