I walked in and ordered from Phae. He is an awesome, polite, hard-working, experienced sandwich maker from New York. You should go in and say hi to him and leave him a good tip, he deserves it! He knew exactly what goes on the sanwiches we ordered and that is great for people who have a hard time with social interactions.
I’ve used this store many times and I understand that orders can be delayed. What I don’t understand is ordering a sub for a scheduled 7 PM pickup, only to arrive and find everything already cleaned up even though the store is supposedly open until 7:30. To make it better, they canceled my order with no notice so they could close early. If you’re going to open and close whenever you feel like it, maybe put those hours on your freaking website so customers don’t waste their time.
It was clean, but the worker who helped us, Tyrnan had the worst attitude & literally threw our sandwiches together.
