Subway has gotten expensive. $13 for sub thats not steak is crazy. Ofcourse the bread is made fresh but the meat is preportioned and basic quality.
Well, after reading these reviews I get I am not the only person that’s been having problems with the store. There is a young lady there that does not listen to your order and then dismisses everything when you’re upset about the sandwich. I tried to speak to managers and of course no managers are available and they were supposed to call me back and never did they gave me the wrong sandwich and wouldn’t do anything about it. I had my usual, "The Beast". Great sandwich!
I used to go here often. Some new hire chubby brunette Caucasian white girl didn’t say a thing to me in the drive through, gave me a dirty look, handed me my bag, I said thank you, and she slammed the window in my face without saying a word. Teach your employees customer service or teach them to leave their personal issues at home. Will be going to center street from now on.
