I visited this place and I was relived it was so clean. Good work Subway Harbour Landing. The place smelled clean and I saw it was spotless and disinfected. Two staff we busy cleaning the areas that appeared already clean. I will be back.
I don’t normally write reviews but my experience just bothered me. Went to subway last night, waited and waited, no one came. Looked in the back could see an employee putting bread in the freezer while talking on a phone. Finally got her attention. She looked up, looked a me and put down the phone and continued to put bread in the freezer. Waited another minute or two for her to look up again and decide to come help me. Came with my kiddos! Waited a good while before anyone noticed we were standing waiting to order. Asked for a 6 inch turkey sub. At first she attempted to make it with a broken bun I asked for a new bun and she was not happy about that. Made the sandwich and paid without any conversation exchanged. It was awkward. My kids were eating it and both complained the cucumbers were rotten. I checked it out, they were. I showed the worker and her response.. “it’s not they are just frozen” Yuck will not go back. Wow is all i can say. My sub had next to no meet on it. Had that new BBQ pulled pork 12 inch.
