I am so uset about one employee at store near Good Samaritan hospital when using my gift card that I bought online Costco. My husband and I, we used gift cards like this many times on the way for working. Your service were so good before until this noon. One new employee, we met her she first time. She refused to accept our gift card and said that it was use for ordering online. extremely burnt meatball 1/2 thru sandwich. and had to reason with the cashier to give new sandwich...she wanted to give me one meatball, instead of my money back or a new sandwich. in the end got new sandwich with 3! meatballs , lol. lacking common sense and customer service. come on people - do better, be better

I don’t if because I’m brown but the person making my meal had a not so happy face I was trying polite and yeah no manners and attitude that made me not wanna ever come to this subway ever again I try to say thank you so much and she just turned around with attitude and walked away never again would I come here for subway.
