I did a pick up order online for 915 pick up For two subs. I walked in the subway and nobody was inside there. I was in there for approximately two minutes and then I yelled hello and then the guy finally came out… I told him I was there to pick up my subs, He then tried to tell me that I already picked up my order. How is this place still open. I agree with all the horrible comments on here. The sandwich had half the meat on it as a normal subway. The service was incredibly rude. They did not hand us a cup for our combo we ordered so we grabbed cups and they screamed at us for grabbing the wrong size. Then proceeded to loudly bad mouth us while we were eating. This place is terrible and I will NEVER go there again.
I ordered online and came to pick up my food, planning to eat there. When I noticed there were no napkins, I politely asked for some. Then one of the staff told me that since I ordered online, I don’t get a bag — which already felt unnecessary. Rudest employees I’ve ever experienced. Beware if placing an online order. Even if you tell them your full name and what you ordered, they’ll scream something to you in an incomprehensible language (definitely not English). This joke of a place needs to go out of business pronto.
