I make it a point to go out of my way to come to this location, even though there are closer Subway's to me. This location has Great service and food and always make you feel welcome! Thank you for the prompt and amazing service! 😀
Overall great experience every time I go in, very speedy customer service and my order is always delicious and correct, the staff are really nice and the building is always clean. I have been going weekly for a few months now and have always been treated well each time. Amanda and pepa are very sweet and are very good at their jobs, and with how many times I visit they have practically memorized my order. Out of all the subways I have been to in Fort Collins this is my favorite one.
Lady’s behind the counter were great, and even gave me a free sub whenever one of the online orders had gotten cancelled!

Chloe was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic personal tact and customer service skills. Within five seconds of me looking at the menu, she walked away making a snarky remark and shaking her head simply because I needed a moment to decide. I waited for her to come back, and when she finally did, she told me, “you were taking your sweet time” in front of another customer and chose to serve them first instead of me.
