Waited 30 minutes for an online order that was ordered an hour ahead. Both orders were wrong and had to go back in and wait another 20. Genuinely the most annoying experience. Both subs were mediocre and they only had one person working. Why open a fast food place if you can only pay one person to work. I feel bad for the dude working, do better!!
Good helpful attentive n fast staff of "sandwich artists" but lettuce kinda brownish, bacon a Lil radish looking, and chicken no longer the real browned tasty kind imho. Still im grateful n recommend. Grace2u

I’ve never had an experience like this at any Subway location. I ordered the sub of the day and asked for my meat to be put on the side, or just left off entirely. The manager/lead, Crystal, refused, saying they “would have to add more veggies,” even though I hadn’t requested anything else yet, so she just assumed. To make matters worse, the fountain soda station was sticky and had black residue, clearly not cleaned. This is unacceptable for any food establishment.
