At this location I was treated like I was dumb and the person taking my order was very rude. This employee was named Kevin and he also dis-regarded many food safety issues aswell as displayed poor customer service. He used the same exact knife with multiple customers and sandwiches even when we tried to tell him we have allergies. Will not be comming to this subway again and would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to a different one.
Horrible experience. My family and I just went in to order $32 worth of food . We had a $50 and the girl with the black hair (refused to give her name or store number ) refused to take our $50 bill when we only needed $18 in change . They threw our food away . Refused to get a manager because they say a manager is not on site all weekend . My 2 kids were very upset and the two young girls working were inexperienced and rude . Changed my review entirely because this location NEVER runs any of the promotional deals. No BOGO even though other locations do it, but its the closest one to me. The subs are good, but the fact they never participate in any ongoing promotions is absurd.
Your employees are amazing but please, properly staff your store. I have walked in multiple times on my lunch break to one employee working and a line to the door. Not to mention countless online orders. It causes for unnecessary chaos and really long wait times. I come in during my lunch break and should not have to wait 20 minutes to get my sandwich made simply because you have one person working who is extremely overwhelmed.
