The manager was impolite and didn't even want to hear my grievance regarding my footlong cookie. He flatly denied it, said he never saw me, and ordered me to leave. These men don't even change their gloves, and it smelled like onions.
I tried to cancel my purchase and called multiple times to cancel it before the pickup time but they never picked up. When they finally picked up, it was after the pick up time so they said they can’t give me a refund. It’s almost like they waited to answer my call after the time….
I am quite a regular here, I love their cookies are always fresh and staff gives you great service, very friendly atmosphere. Recently they renovated and place looks lively than before. Definitely recommended.
