The kid who made my sub had shoulder length hair no hair net hat on but hair was in face. He made 3 subs for 3 different people and was running the cash register touching money and change and NEVER once changed his gloves in between three people. It was disgusting I didn't even end up eating my sandwich I threw it away! When I called and let the manager know she said she would talk to him about it!. Let's start with your employees should not be playing Tag through the store, running in and out the doors while customers are there. Next the girl who was running the closing shift was the one playing tag. I stood at the counter with my son( no other customers in the store) and waiting for atleast 3-4 minutes waiting on the manager to stop distracting your other employees to make my order. Was only disappointed because my meatball sub wasn't available late in the evening, but the staff was very friendly and helpful! Great atmosphere!
