Inaccurate order; I asked for black pepper and got black olives. I guess it’s black so I shouldn’t care? Moreover, the pickup was probably ready way way earlier than the app indicated(not good communication with customer), so the temperature was not great. I was told I wasn't allowed to have anymore than 6 tomatoes on my food and the girl refused to let me add to my food. Never had this problem before and she was horrible about it. 8/15/25 at 4:50pm. Would not recommend go to Hillsboro they are better! No way to report the problem either like other restaurants.

Girl working and making sandwich was very rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning until she is no longer working. I ask for extra onions as I always do and she made a big deal causing a seen She ask me to pay as they were toasting my sandwich which was already a little rushy but no big deal And I told her I would have paid for extra onions if she wouldn’t have already cashed me out and still refused to add extra

i will not be returning to this location. i came inside to order on 7/30/25, i have my receipt and i paid for a kids meal, i was handed the bag with just the sandwich, no other instructions. i get home to find that the kids applesauce and milk are not in the bag, nor was i told i had to grab them from anywhere else. i call back up later that night and they told me they can’t refund me and i asked for a free kids meal my next visit and they said no, they took no responsibility for their mistake, they were also out of ice, sod... read more
