The Wal-Mart Super Center at Eastgate Square is my local Wal-mart...just about six minutes from my home. I do shop here frequently because a lot of their prices beat their competitions prices, and for groceries it's just fine....most of the time. But their other departments...pharmacy and optical especially..really lack basic customer service skills.
