I placed a large online order of subs for a Christmas Eve Party when they opened that morning and turned on online ordering. I checked on the status of my order before getting ready to go pick them up and it said they were being prepared. Upon arriving to the location, it was closed and I looked at my email and noticed my order had been cancelled only 13 minutes prior to the pickup time. I got a footlong chicken teriyaki today and the lady had a horrible attitude and bad customer service skills any other time I go in everything is fine but I never seen this lady before she was wearing a bandana or something on her head
Well for one, the store is closed for a big portion of the day it seems like anytime that I'm at Walmart and I want to get Subway the restaurant is shuttered or there is literally one person working there and they can barely even keep up with the ingredient prep. They're also seems to be some sort of problem with keeping them up with difficult customers. There was a lady who literally took 50 minutes to order a sandwich.
