My husband went in and I could hear over the phone how rude the ladies were to him. He ended up just getting my sandwich and leaving because he didn’t want to deal with their attitudes. I have seen other reviews stating the same thing, something needs to be done and they need to be retrained or moved. Their attitude was disgusting to hear.
The service here is always so slow and takes forever. I love subway but this location needs someone to step in. Also the employees don’t know the sandwiches they have to look at the menu to prep sandwiches.
These people need to get fired not going to lie. Two old ladies just yelling at customers and being rude about the lunch rush. Definitely should talk to these people and make sure they know how to provide good customer service
I use to have lunch here at least once a week, and the sandwiches are delicious. The service is very good as well
I visited this location last Thursday, excited to try the Meal of the Day special. However, the staff member told me the offer was not valid, even though it was clearly displayed on the screen. When I pointed it out and read it aloud, she responded dismissively, saying, “Other people see that too, but it is not what you think.
