I had a really upsetting experience at this Subway location . My hands are still shaking now. One of my kids found a dead bug in the lettuce in their sandwich. I showed it to the manager, and instead of apologizing or handling it professionally, he just came over and tried to crush the bug right in front of me as if he was checking . Thankfully, I took a photo before that. He gave me a refund for only one sandwich, even though all my kids had sandwiches with the same lettuce, and some of them had already finished eating.
