The bearded employee working was very rude to me and my friends. He was yelling at us while we ordered and aggressively throwing ingredients onto the sandwiches. When we asked him to repeat himself because we couldn’t understand him clearly, he got angry and made the experience really uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I am writing a review to share why my family and I have stopped frequenting your branch, despite it being the most convenient location for us. Unfortunately, we have consistently experienced poor service and a rude demeanor from one of your staff members (an older Latino gentleman). Customer service is a priority for us, and his unprofessional attitude has made our visits consistently unpleasant. There is a worker with a tattoo who works in this subway that is not nice. He talks rude, no passion in his work and makes customers feels annoying to him. This used to be a good place to eat. Im not a racist, but if you ever encounter this person, you will know who he is. Just rude ungrateful worker.

The employee who fulfilled my order gave it away to someone else without verifying any info on the order or my name or phone number. He didn't offer to remake the sandwiches, but instead suggested that I had a friend pick up the orders for me! Stay away from this Subway unless you like them taking your money and insulting you.
