It was embarrassing how inept and unprofessional the guy working this afternoon was. He literally stopped in the middle of our order to call his buddy in the parking lot. He complained about his job and cutting his finger....I cannot make this stuff up!
The lady is rude and food is bad
I was very disappointed with my experience. The employee had more than enough time to start our online order but instead went to the back and didn’t begin making it until I came up to the counter. There was no acknowledgment or communication, Better customer service and attentiveness would have made a big difference. (Food was yummy!)
We were originally going to do dine in but changed our mind when the guy overcharged us, while telling us we could do the combo and it was put in correctly. It was not correct. Also Kat was very unprofessional, cussing the whole time and, rude when we tried to make the situation work. As well as talking non stop her co worker about how she hated to go orders and cussing about them. We ended up paying as they couldn’t do it.
