Absolutely the worst Subway I’ve ever experienced. Chance 1 all the way the 5 was a fail. From experiencing employees locking doors and hiding pretending to be closed to the massive amount of wrong orders. Management needs to grow a brain and learn how to run a simple sandwich shop. Chance after chance and it only gets worse. Advice go through Uber eats or something so you get your money back. This place never changes.
Manger don't know how to order stuff. They was out of ham. Charge me for a drink and they drink machine don't work even though he said it did. But all they had was deit. Then try to charge me for a 20oz, and made them refund my fountain drink. I'm sorry as a manager you hire, run a schedule, and order stuff. If you ant order stuff you ant doing your job. Manager is not qualified to work at a store much less run one.
Whoever the short blonde girl is, needs some more training or something. I don't know if she's a manager or just an entitled employee, but she acts like both. She won't help or talk to any customers and the few times I've heard her speak it's always been condescending. Place has gone downhill .
Worst service i had ever experienced the employee there was very rude and was take her time to do everything and was very chatty with and not actually doing her job
I wanted to see if this Subway location has improved from about a year ago. I am pleased to find the service and food was excellent. I enjoy the Subway sandwiches and I'm a regular customer as long as I get good food and good service. I have been here 2 times in the past few weeks and I was pleased with food and service both times. I hope they continue to do a great job.
