Love this Subway ! Everytime I come in the people are nice and make sure the food is made properly. Best Subway i’ve been to. Never had a bad experience here.
Ordered food via Subway website directly. Items not delivered. Called store and was told “it’s too hard” to give a refund for the missing items.
Around 1 wk ago we place a pickup order for 1 chicken subs and 1 turkey sub. Subway coupon was discounted. Today we stop by in person to use our last coupon left, but we were told coupon only could be only be used on turkey or pepperoni subs. The person responsible there is unprofessional and was not able to explain why coupons were valid for a chicken subs online but not in person. Will definitely never go back there. We end up going to Nicholasville rd subway .
