Horrible service, food was cold buy the time we waited 30 minutes for our food. Server refused to let us pay cash.
5 stars because my partner and I only come to this particular Subway because of their employee Hardi!! She makes the best subs every single time, and she’s very nice, and polite! Thank you Hardi for being so nice, and the best subway employee EVER!!
Just got out of this subway and went straight to the reviews. Its 10:30pm 14th of july and the guy i interacted with was so rude that i cannot believe hr even works there. I was there to pick up an order and this guy snatched the order infront of me wholst he was on his dirty phone, played with the receipt and then even got rude over no reason. Terrible Service - Cancelled Order Blamed on "System Error" I placed a pick-up order and waited for 10 minutes, only for it to be cancelled. When I asked the staff, they simply blamed it on a "system error" without offering any real help or solution. If your online system doesn't work or your staff doesn't check the orders, don't offer a pick-up option. Extremely unprofessional and a total waste of time.
1 Star or if to be frank zero star – Serious Cross-Contamination Issue I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I ordered a veggie patty sandwich, and the employee initially used new gloves. However, while preparing my order, she started making another customer’s sandwich and handled ham (pork) with the same gloves. She then came back and continued preparing my sandwich without changing gloves. This is a clear case of cross-contamination. Because of this, I was unable to eat the sandwich I paid for.
