The food is fresh and delicious. The employees are so sweet, kind, and welcoming as well. I enjoy sitting in the lobby because it is clean and I love the atmosphere and music. Highly recommend the Springfield subway vs the surrounding stores.
The bread was crusty, hard and stale like it was made a couple days ago. Very disappointing.
I would like to give a thumbs up to the Subway store and staff on Bardstown Road, Cedar Springs Center thank you for the great food and the extremely friendly customer service, not to mention the very clean building and the smiles from your staff love the food and the nice people thank you ladies, it's always a joy to see you
