I did an online order and ate it in the restaurant. While eating I was surrounded by flies - but the worst part was near the end of my sandwich when I found a fly baked into the bread. The employees kept asking if I was sure it was a fly. I can see wings and legs. The manager offered to refund one of two subs.
There is a dark headed girl here that is always smiling and so happy. She has extremely pretty blue eyes. Sometimes she has on glasses other days she don’t. I usually see her in the evenings. I’m in there a lot. Anyways, she is the sweetest and always makes my experience personal and without hassle. Good Job, little lady. Never Change!
Manager ?? (I think) Was angrily putting together sandwichs. No greeting for customers threw up his hands when other chick got there then she (as slowly as humanly possible) finished my order then threw it in a bag . I'm not tipping for that serious lack of customer service !! Do better !!
Had a wonderful experience here. One of the best subways in town in my opinion.
