Franklin KY subway inside WalMart - I didn’t spend a dime in this store and won’t!!! I wanted several of the protein pockets but when the guy was making the first one, I asked for extra tomato and pickle and he immediately told me he couldn’t do that. Your tomatoes are sliced the size of quarters and you can’t let a customer have more than 2 slices on a sandwich??? That is the most asinine thing I’ve ever heard. My daughter and I and my four grandchildren was out here at Walmart doing some shopping when the kids wanted something to eat so we came to subway which we have done before on Sundays my daughter has a set of twins which doesn’t eat much so we get them a pizza and half it and put in separate boxes so they don’t fight which again I’ve done this before and have not had a problem before until today I came in placed my order asked the young lady if she could half it and put it in separate boxes she said yes then I went to pay an... read more

The employees are mostly very rude and unhelpful. Shouldn't have to pay for maltreatment I could get better food somewhere else?

I did an online order and ate it in the restaurant. While eating I was surrounded by flies - but the worst part was near the end of my sandwich when I found a fly baked into the bread. The employees kept asking if I was sure it was a fly. I can see wings and legs. The manager offered to refund one of two subs.
