Extremely disappointing experience. The lady at the counter was very rude and completely ignored the instructions I gave. It felt like talking to a wall—unresponsive and unhelpful. Definitely wouldn’t recommend based on this service.
Seems like they are cutting back on their supply to save money, that was my third visit where they didn't put all the meat on the cold cut combo, and felt like I had to twist there arm for onions, who put one onion on a sub, so basically 11 buck for a bread sandwich, go to the one in the middle of clinton they are great and the food is what it's supposed to be.
I am 5 minutes from your subway. I drive to Emory road when I want a Subway because your subway does not accept the deals I get on my subway app. Way to go, save yourself 10 cents, I’ll keep driving to Emory road or go to Firehouse.
Several times now I have went to order subs and they are out of meat. It's been turkey numerous time and this specific time it was both ham and turkey. You're running a sub shop. Poor management!!!
Bold choice to approve a circulation of coupons for the month and then NOT honor them. I can think of no other reason than to trick people into coming in and then spending more than they intended. Scummy practice. If that is the state of your store, then please kindly shutter the doors so that a company that appreciates it's customers more can move in and make better use of the space you're wasting.
