This location of Subway has a serious staffing problem, and it shows every time you walk in. During busy hours, there are clearly not enough employees scheduled to handle the volume, which leaves the workers overwhelmed, stressed, and understandably frustrated. Unfortunately, that stress often comes across in their attitude toward customers. I’ve been here a few times, and I usually don’t leave reviews until I’ve given a place multiple chances. Unfortunately, the customer service has consistently been very poor—it feels like no one there wants to work. On top of that, the bread is never fresh. Every bite is extremely hard, almost like biting into a rock, making it very difficult to chew. Overall, it’s been a disappointing experience.

Just left the drive-through nobody said anything waited for 10 minutes. Nobody said anything. I said hello??? Nothing Just drove off.

We have used this location many times. The lady that works there in the evening has zero charisma and has no desire to be friendly or even cordial. Have always given her the benefit of maybe she’s having a bad day. No one has that many bad days. I will not leave another tip on my order. We walked in told her it was for a pick up and she still made not one but two other sandwiches before deciding that she could walk and grab my order. No smile from her, just a scowl.
