Probably the worst experience I’ve had at this location. The lady is rude & rushes you to get your order out. Just stares at you, even when you smile at them you can’t get a smile out of them. Was told I couldn’t modify my sandwich, makes 0 sense as it’s “build your own” and toppings are free. Even with an extra charge it would’ve been fine, gave me no option. I stopped by this morning to buy breakfast. As soon as I walked in, I stated that I wanted a beef sandwich, but no one paid any attention to me. After I waited for a moment, a hideous-looking woman finally came over to assist me. I asked, "Could I please have a beef sandwich?" I have never—ever—encountered a store employee who would verbally abuse a customer simply for doing their job. THE HOSTILE, ALWAYS ANGRY, ALWAYS MAD, NEVER SMILE, NEVER SAY THANK YOU, NEVER SAY WELCOME, JAMAICAN WOMAN IS WHAT GIVES THIS PLACE A BAD REP! I COME IN HAPPY, LOOK AT HER AND MY WORLD TURNS GREY AND DEPRESSING! THIS LOCATION IS ALSO GREEDY WITH PORTIONS AND NAPKINS!
