Worst Subway experience ever. I asked a simple question about substituting the ham for turkey because I do not eat pork, and the employee immediately had an attitude. She could have simply answered my question and explained the substitution policy without being rude. I also clearly told her to charge $5.41 to my Apple Pay and that I would pay the remaining balance in cash. Absolutely horrible customer service. The employee who served me was rude and had a nasty attitude from the moment he started making my sandwich. He literally balled up the meat on my sandwich, which was already frustrating, but then I noticed there was something on one of the pieces of meat. I politely asked him multiple times to change the meat, and instead of simply correcting the issue, he gave me a disgusting look and made me feel like I was bothering him. Charged more then 13$ for a footlong sandwich with 5 olives and 8 spinach leaves on it. Meat was spaced so far. You would think the guy making the sandwich owned the place and is barely keeping the lights on. If mediocrity had an even less desirable cousin, then this place is it.
I strongly do not recommend this Subway. One of the employees the African lady is extremely rude, aggressive, and not welcoming at all. She shows absolutely no respect toward customers and even goes as far as insulting them. Customers come to spend their money and should be treated with basic respect and professionalism. The customer service here was honestly terrible. Management should seriously address this employee’s behavior and take customer complaints seriously.
