Absolutely disgusted by the racist comment from a staff member. There’s zero excuse for this kind of behavior. Management must fire this person immediately. Shame on this place for allowing this to happen.
This is not a friendly place
Yesterday I went to the subway to eat at noon..An Indian guy was making my sandwich. There was a smell of tobacco coming from his mouth. He was neither wearing a cap nor were he wearing shoes.
I walk in and the guy is staring at me and mumbling to himself, so I give my order without realizing he's on a call on his airpods. Doesn't acknowledge me but starts making the sandwich, mumbling on the phone the whole time. He's making another order while mine is cooking, and dragging the receipt along the sandwich counter, and the thermal paper is hanging down and touching the ingredients, specifically the lettuce, which already looks wilted and old. I ask for just "a little bit" of mayo and he proceeds to glob it all over... read more
