Terrible customer service bout a sandwich was supper soggy transparent vegetables like they had been sitting a long time sandwich soup let the Indian lady know about it she said its the way that sandwich is its a soggy sandwich made every excuse to not replace sandwich after not wanting to answer the phone and yhe owner herself saying the owner wasn't there shouldn't be that hard to get a remake when your sandwich is sandwich soup Terrible
They grab your sandwich like a taco and cut it down the middle, then carry it over to the cashier and wrap it like a baby, I tried to give them some chances, some staff make sandwiches weird but I think I’ve seen the whole staff and come at different times and they all make sandwiches in the most cursed way possible. It makes a mess when u open it and genuinely irritates me for the rest of lunch. I don’t know where people are learning to make sandwiches this way.
I have had way better before from other subways
Worse experience yet at this location… none of the workers knew how to work a gift card they just kept saying try again.. called the gift card to show the balance and they didn’t care to even listen to the balance…. Another customer said this location don’t accept gift cards because that’s happened to them too. On top of that the soda machine wasn’t working and the sodas had no syrup but the workers continued to say nothing was wrong and kept talking under their breath.. again worse experience ever at this location and will ... read more
Tried using my gift card linked to my subway account and the females there did not know how to submit it through making it seem like my thing didn’t work. Honestly the employees need better training here. If you don’t understand your system why work there!!! Very upset never coming again and then to top it off most sodas were out!!
