I have had way better before from other subways
Worse experience yet at this location… none of the workers knew how to work a gift card they just kept saying try again.. called the gift card to show the balance and they didn’t care to even listen to the balance…. Another customer said this location don’t accept gift cards because that’s happened to them too. On top of that the soda machine wasn’t working and the sodas had no syrup but the workers continued to say nothing was wrong and kept talking under their breath.. again worse experience ever at this location and will ... read more
Tried using my gift card linked to my subway account and the females there did not know how to submit it through making it seem like my thing didn’t work. Honestly the employees need better training here. If you don’t understand your system why work there!!! Very upset never coming again and then to top it off most sodas were out!!
I would avoid at all costs. Sadly, the customer service is horrible. We just left there and they don't close for an hour and a half and my 2 year old granddaughter can't use the bathroom because you've already cleaned it and it's locked? Never again. That's ridiculous. Food quality has also gone downhil.
The two ladies that work there do not prioritize their customers. Every time I go in there, they are too busy to even acknowledge me. If there is a line at any other Subway, both workers would be assisting the customers. But not at this place. One worker is always busing Not helping customers and the person making sandwiches is sometimes too busy to even look up at you because she's making sandwiches for an online or Uber order.
