Food tastes old and stale Horrible service. we'll never go back
This is a small ticket item, but if they do this to everyone it does add up. I placed an order for a churro. My total came up to 2.20. When paying I scanned a reward to redeem points. I had a 2.00 credit. When I scanned my QR code it did not give me credit off of the churro but it deleted the credit from my app. The person at the counter would absolutely not help me. I did tell her simple mathematics shows a 2.20 order less a 2.00 credit should have been only a remaining 20 cents. She legitimately stared at me turned around ... read more
I got a 1/3 of a bowl of salad for 9.99 in a small bowl. I will never come back again.
Had to ask them to add more lettuce three times…….it’s like they are trying to use the least amount as possible. Two foot long sandwiches and only two cheap napkins. The bread on my wife’s sandwich was hard as a rock…….no way it was baked today…..it had to be several days old. Plus, they don’t honor coupons.
