The sandwiches were made horribly, they missed one and got mad at me because THEY messed up, ive worked for another subway before and we never did that to anyone. Their owner should be questioning why that building is even still open with how horrible of a team they have. No employee should be comfortable talking to ANY customer that way, that has to be a manager’s fault.
This place is super clean, Service IS speedy and perfect. Omar and Arianna are so fantastic
Absolutely batshit experience here. I ordered online. Received a completely butchered order. They immediately became hostile to me when I asked for it to be corrected. In front of other customers. Absolutely astounded. I'd like a corporate number or higher up manager to talk to. This was insane.
Have alot of problems when using the app when it comes to this particular store. No one there outside management can fix it. Food is good customer service not so much
