Sign says they close at 10pm. I got there at 9:20. Doors locked employee inside acting like I’m not standing there. “OPEN” sign is shining BRIGHT! If you close at 9:30, why is the open sign on and signage saying they close at 10pm. It’s a regular occurrence.
The manager there treats people horribly. I placed an online order and she said it wasn't in her system. I showed her my order number and she started speaking rudely to me. I told her to refund my money then, and she rudely replied that I had to call customer service to get my money back. Also while I was i waiting for my order, the man who was cooking grabbed a cell phone and then continued preparing the food with the same gloves he used to grab the phone.🤢
I would give zero if it was possible! I placed an online order at 9:17 PM, and the website clearly stated they stop taking online orders at 9:30 PM. I arrived at 9:20 PM to wait and pick up my order and not only was the open sign turned off, but the doors were locked. The employees inside saw me, made eye contact, and literally tried to pretend I wasn’t there.
