Do not order pickup through this store. It doesn’t matter if you get double meat or 50% extra they will not do it for pickup orders! This has happened 3 times in the last 3 months from this store and only this store. Never have trouble anywhere else

Kate was the person that helped me! She was amazing! She was extremely friendly, she gave amazing customer service, and was efficient with my order!
I don’t usually share bad reviews but I have to say I was extremely disappointed. I mobile ordered, waited about 20 minutes. Mind you, I do not drive which is why I waited before stopping in my uber. I come in and the person at the counter just stared at me. I said “I’m here to pick up my online order for Julia” she said “I don’t know what order you are I’m backed up and you’re just going to have to wait I’m busy” I obviously didn’t have time to wait being in an uber, so I left without my food and the employee was extremely ... read more
Probably the worst subway I have ever had. The employee was a young white girl with a mole on her face. I wish I got her name. She was not welcoming at all and just threw the sandwiches together. Clearly she doesn't like her job, but that's not my fault.
