Worst service.. I walked in and I was the only customer there. 2 girls working. One was cleaning the machine and the other putting bread to bake. I waited more than 5 minutes before i told them I was ready.. they both looked ta each other and the one with the bread said iam almost done. I waited for at least 20 minutes until she finished something she could have paused and assist the only customer they had.
I placed an order using the Subway app and when I arrived to pick up the order, the employee working told me that I was at the wrong location. I double checked the address and showed her the app that I was at the right address and she said she had been working all night and didn’t receive the order. She was very backed up with orders and looked like she was having to cover the store by herself. I was running late for my son’s game and didn’t have time to argue so I left.
