Went to Subway today Monday, July 27 The employee was very rude. Ask her if I could order from her and she said no use the tablet and I told her I need assistance and she said I’m not allowed to help you so I left you guys lost one more customer.
Great place. Clean and quiet. Soeaking of Quiet. If you are use to being uofront by the counter pointing and shouting what yiu want on your sandwich. That does not work here. You have to make your order at a digital kiosk. Thats why its so quiet here. 😂
Going in for a quick sandwich in and out turned into a 15 minute ordeal when there were no other customers were in the store 🙃 The server was insistent that I use the computer system to order, she had nothing to do and I was not there to learn their stupid computer screens to order a sub. This is a perfect example of corporate culture gone horribly wrong. Hoy domingo 5/03/26 a las 5:15 fuy atendido por una mujer muy despota y prepotente la cual no me quiso dar su nombre tuve que dejar mi comida ya lista por su comportamiento ! Muy mal servicio y lamentablemente mujer latina tratando mal otros latino ! Today Sunday 5/03/26 at 5:15 I was attended by a very despotian and arrogant woman who did not want to give me her name I had to leave my food ready because of her behavior! Very bad service and unfortunately Latina woman treating other Latinos badly!
